Chlorine dioxide (ClO2) is a synthetic, green-yellowish gas with a chlorine-like, irritating odor.  Chlorine dioxide is very different from elementary chlorine, both in its chemical structure as in its behavior. Chlorine dioxide is a small, volatile and very strong molecule. In diluted, watery solutions chlorine dioxide is a free radical.

Approval in Drinking Water –    CHLORITAB/CDD 5000 ( Chlorine Dioxide - CAS No 10049-04-4) is an approved and allowed substance for human and animal consumption according to WHO, EUROPEAN UNION, USA, AUSTRALIA, CANADA , and more than over 100 countries globally.  In India ClO2 has been used since 2005 in drinking water, waste water and various air and water disinfection and sanitation application. This is effectively used for mopping, internal and external hard floor surface.  • Closed Room Fumigation in Absence of Human Presence  –  o 20 g – CHLORITAB – take 500 ml of plastic bowl and add 1 tablet of 20 g, Keep it overnight.  o Small Aerator can be used for faster release
